My comment about Customer Engagement Magazine is likely to be considered biased because I am the father of Raymond J. Stendall. I am a Canadian Professional Engineer by training and I have a keen interest in economic issues. I shall try therefore to be as objective as I possibly can. Customer Engagement is an essential concept in getting North America to be more competitive at home and abroad, create new jobs and re-establish its traditional economic leadership. This concept involves a significant shift in the current managerial culture, which still have to be fully embraced. The Magazine deals with a critical demand of our times, is the first in this domain and offers very specialized knowledge, ideas and know-how for those who want to be part of a needed solution.
