Review of the Magazine

My comment about Customer Engagement Magazine is likely to be considered biased because I am the father of Raymond J. Stendall. I am a Canadian Professional Engineer by training and I have a keen interest in economic issues. I shall try therefore to be as objective as I possibly can. Customer Engagement is an essential concept in getting North America to be more competitive at home and abroad, create new jobs and re-establish its traditional economic leadership. This concept involves a significant shift in the current managerial culture, which still have to be fully embraced. The Magazine deals with a critical demand of our times, is the first in this domain and offers very specialized knowledge, ideas and know-how for those who want to be part of a needed solution. Excellent Mag!!!

Just what the Doctor ordered. I am so happy to have come across it and loved the High Level content. The bonus podcasts were very interesting and motivational. I especially liked the interviews with Phil Taylor and Don Green. Keep up the good work and I look forward to the next issue. I was wondering if there would be a way to also get the videos in a single Audio file (downloadable) so that I could listen to this in my car as well? Yes??? Please do let me know...

I was looking for a well written blueprint that I could use as a reference when engaging employees and customers. Its hard to imagine having a company as large as Apple, however its not unimaginable to have their level of customer service! All my managers will be reading this.

This magazine keeps getting better and better! I found the information in this magazine very informative and uplifting for any individual looking to become more successful in his/her career and looking for new investment ventures. It raises a lot of good and valuable questions about self-motivation and offers a wide range of alternative solutions to a lot of issues that investors are faced on a daily basis.
